Each tour begins with an engaging introduction to Nantucket Island and its remarkable history. Guests will learn how the island was originally formed, the story of the Wampanoag Native Americans, the arrival of early European settlers, and the rise and fall of the whaling industry. The tour also explores Nantucket’s rich culture and heritage, as well as the island’s decline and inspiring resurgence as a renowned destination for health, history, and tourism.

The fees for Discover Nantucket Tours are:
Walking tour is 2 Hours: $110 per person
Bike or Driving Tours 2 ½ Hours: $135 per person
Group Tour is 2 Hours: $140 per person
Deposit Requirement
A deposit of 50% is required 14 days in advance of your Discover Nantucket Tour and/or Nantucket Bike Tour scheduled date.
As noted above, we accept payment by cash, Venmo or Zelle.
Cancellation Policy
Discover Nantucket and Nantucket Bike Tours will be cancelled in the event of extreme weather, but will operate rain or shine… Nantucket is called “The Grey Lady” after all.
We ask for a 50% deposit for tour parties of 4 or more and have a 48 hour cancellation policy, should you need to reschedule or cancel your booking. There are no refunds for cancellations made within 48 hours of the tour departure or for no-shows. Cancellation requests are required by email or phone.
Should your travel plans to the island be impacted by weather, we will make every effort to reschedule your tour. If we are unable to reschedule or you provide a cancellation request 48 hours before your tour, we will apply a credit for a tour at a later date in time.
